BPS ® 200

As global market leader in the field of currency processing, G&D is setting new standards with its BPS 200 system.

Customers include central and commercial banks, cash-in-transit companies, casinos and other establishments that routinely handle large amounts of currency. The BPS 200 provides a wide range of opportunities for optimizing processes, cutting costs and raising productivity in currency processing.

In a single pass, banknotes are counted, authenticated and sorted. The BPS 200 is expandable - from four to 16 sorting stackers. The compact arrange-ment of the singler, reject compartment and sorting stackers provides for easy, fatigue-free operation.

 

BPS ® 1000

In the high-speed processing market, the BPS 1000 from G&D, with over 700 systems sold, is the undisputed global market leader. This system continues the success of the ISS 300 that has been sold widely around the world for over 20 years.

The numerous variations of the BPS 1000 for commercial banks, cash-in-transit companies and casinos, with up to 20 stackers, offer our customers a high degree of flexibility and ideal configurability.

Automatic banding and online bundling make banknote processing extremely efficient and secure.

For sorting banknotes for ATMs, the large delivery module (LDM) makes it possible to stack up to 2 loads of 2,000 banknotes and securely remove them using interchangeable cartridges.

BanknoteBander 40 HD

The BanknoteBander 40 HD was developed especially for the banding of loose banknotes, and is notable for its reliability and ease of use. This time-saving device significantly enhances the efficiency of currency handling processes.

Depending on the task to be accomplished, it can band e. g. 100 loose banknotes, or strap together 10 pre-banded packages to form a bundle.

The simple, trouble-free operation of the device makes up to 25 banding cycles per minute possible.

BanknoteContainer

Secure and ergonomic handling of banknotes in the cash centre

The BanknoteContainer is used to transport loose banknotes or banknote packages to the corresponding processing system.

The upward-folding trays provide ideal assistance for the feeding of banknotes during processing and are perfectly suited for the storage of processed banknotes.

 

The BanknoteContainer can hold up to 70,000 banknotes. Since this capacity permits the banknote processing to continue uninterrupted, using the BanknoteContainer can maximize your achievable throughput.
